Gregory K. Goebert, Esq.

Greg Goebert is the founding attorney of Goebert Law, LLC and has concentrated his practice on serious personal injury litigation for more than a decade. Greg has successfully handled cases in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home neglect. Goebert Law, LLC’s success is supported by Greg’s dedication to his clients and passion for their cause. He makes himself available to his clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and provides easy and open communication lines to each and every client.

Prior to forming Goebert Law LLC, Greg gained extensive experience working for a large Philadelphia law firm representing multi-billion dollar companies and insurance carries in defending complex personal injury matters throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Greg’s experience provides him with unique insight and influential understanding of defense and insurance carrier tactics and strategies in defending personal injury cases.

Greg graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he received honors in civil litigation and was a member of the Dean’s List all three years. Greg also completed a clinical course in juvenile justice where he defended the rights of underprivileged children in juvenile court. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he concentrated his studies in Government and Law. Prior to entering private practice, Greg served as a summer clerk to the Honorable Justice William H. Lamb of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Greg is a Philadelphia area native and is an active member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Philadelphia Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Greg has also served as an arbitrator under Pennsylvania’s compulsory arbitration program and also volunteers his legal services to impoverished persons through various programs throughout the Philadelphia area.

Greg is an avid golfer, runner, and camping and hiking enthusiast. He currently resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife and daughter.
